Our team of dedicated and highly experienced doctors provide care in a new purpose-built general practice, equipped with a full treatment room, staffed a dedicated team of nurses each day.

Did you know at MHC we are now offering iron infusion? If you are suffering from iron deficiency an iron infusion can increase your iron levels quickly. An iron infusion includes what we already offer more immediate treatment than supplements or dietary changes, specifically when the anaemia is significant or long standing.

At MHC our doctors are well placed to diagnose and coordinate the management of sports injuries and musculoskeletal injuries that involve the bones, muscles, tendons and ligaments of the body.

At Moama Health Clinic we take pride in offering comprehensive Chronic Disease Management Plans for patients diagnosed with Diabetes, Asthma, Osteoarthritis, Cardiovascular Disease, Cancer, or Stroke. We know how time-consuming it is for you to attend an ED department waiting for hours to receive treatment. Our highly trained doctors at MHC will provide excellent surgical care and our registered nurses are highly skilled in wound management. Our fully equipped treatment room is dedicated to providing the highest quality care.

We provide comprehensive skin checks for both existing and new patients. Our clinic also offers skin biopsies and excisions when required, making it convenient to have your assessment and treatment managed in one place.

Medical termination is a safe and effective method of terminating a
pregnancy up to 9 weeks (63 days) gestation using medication rather
than surgery. If you want to find out more, please call the Practice to

Our clinic offers ATSI Health Assessments for patients aged 75 and
over, as well as those aged 45-49. These appointments are initially booked with a nurse, followed by a consultation with your GP. These assessments help build a comprehensive health history while
also including specialised tests to support your GP in providing the

Dr Mena Attalh​

Advanced Certificate in Sports Medicine
Dr. Mena Attalh has a passion for general medicine, sports medicine, and performing skin checks. He holds a Master’s degree in Orthopaedics from Egypt and has completed a Graduate Certificate in Sports Medicine from Queensland University. Additionally, he has obtained an Advanced Skin Cancer Certificate from the Australasian College of Dermatologists.
Dr. Mena specializes in ultrasound-guided joint injections to treat sports injuries and chronic pain. He also performs skin cancer checks and skin surgeries in Meninya Medical Clinic’s fully equipped treatment room. Outside of work, Dr. Mena enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.

Dr Swati Parmar

Dr. Swati Parmar graduated from a prestigious university in India and worked as a family physician for five years. She is also a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).
Dr. Swati enjoys working with a diverse community to help people live healthy and happy lives. She has a special interest in mental health, women’s health, and children’s health. She is also passionate about preventative medicine and the management of chronic diseases, with a strong focus on holistic, patient-centered care.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Swati has worked as a clinical tutor in bridging courses in Australia.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and crocheting. Dr. Swati is thoroughly enjoying the rural lifestyle in Echuca/Moama

Dr Nardeen Tawfik
FRACGP, MBBCH, AMC Cert., Diploma in Dermatology and a Diploma in Women’s Health

Dr. Nardeen Tawfik graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Ain Shams University, Egypt. She has gained extensive experience working at Bendigo Health, Victoria, for 2.5 years in a hospital setting. Additionally, she holds a Professional Diploma in Women's Health and another Diploma in Dermatology. Dr. Nardeen has a special interest in mental health and has further developed her skills through FPS (Focused Psychological Strategies). She is also passionate about dermatology, women's health, and paediatrics. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, creating artwork, traveling, and spending time with her family

Dr. Marian Abd Elshahid

Dr. Marian Abd Elshahid Graduated in 2003 with a Master’s Degree in Internal Medicine at Ain Shams University, Egypt, and has worked in both Egypt and Oman before embarking on her journey to Australia. Marian joined Moama Health Group in 2020, where she has since acquired valuable knowledge on bettering the health of her lovely patients. Marian has a particular interest in General Medicine, Pediatrics, and women’s health. In Marian's spare time, she enjoys reading and spending quality time with her family.

Dr Zahra Molavi

Dr Zahra Molavi graduated in 2010 from Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS) and has a background in cardiology. She has more then 10 years of experience working as a General Practitioner and has worked in a variety of general practice settings. Dr Zahra has a particular interest in chronic disease management, paediatrics and women’s health. She is passionate about providing comprehensive patient centres care and supporting her patients in maintaining and improving their overall health and wellbeing. In her spare time Zahra enjoys spending quality time with her family, travelling and staying active.

Dr Charuni Abeywickrama

Dr. Charuni Abeywickrama graduated from the University of Ruhuna in Sri Lanka and later completed a Master of Science in Human Nutrition at the University of Colombo. Before moving to Australia, she gained broad clinical experience in general medicine, emergency medicine, women’s health, obstetrics and gynaecology, paediatrics and rural hospital care. She worked for more than three years in the Emergency Treatment Unit at the National Hospital Galle, where she managed a wide range of medical, surgical, paediatric and women’s health emergencies. She enjoys caring for patients of all ages and has a special interest in preventive health, nutrition, chronic disease management, women’s health and children’s health. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, listening to music, dancing, baking and spending quality time with her family.

If you are not a regular patient here , we require your health summary from your previous doctor. Please download, complete and sign the below document and email it back to the clinic at Info@moamahealthclinic.com.au.
If you cancel your appointment within 1 hour of your booking or failure to attend the scheduled time the full consultation fee will apply.
Contact the clinic or complete the request through HotDoc, you must have been seen within the clinic during the last 6 months and this is for current and regular medications. For the referrals it’s for ongoing referrals and not for new referrals Fees is $ 25 each.
